Reduced Environmental Impact Precast Walling

• Recycled aggregates are often used in the manufacturing of precast products as a means to reduce the environmental impact of building material waste. 
• Precast walls are a great way to aid in the noise pollution that may filter through from a busy road or noisy neighbours. 
• As the product has a great finish and the duel face or other precast slabs can be oxided, this further aids in the need to treat the walls. 
• By tightly managing the quantity & quality of raw materials used in the manufacturing process, the impact of the manufacturing process can be reduced and controlled. 
• Where possible, waste materials in the manufacturing process are recycled 
• Moulds are reused and have a lengthy life span. We endeavour to maintain our moulds to increase this life span and reduce our carbon footprint with the manufacturing of new moulds.
